Day Opening - January 9

The IBM PC was introduced in 1981. It was perhaps the first to wear the "PC" label, but that was IBM's only innovation.

1981 was my second year in college (university) at a private all women's school in Atlanta. I remember being faced with one of these for algebra classes. I was terrified. Thought I'd never learn how to run one. Today I spend too much time on my laptop. I thought I would always be technologically ignorant back in 1981:))
