I was at the secondary school when I first read her diary. I think it was one of the first "real" things I leart about the 2. World War. Impressing, sad, and tragic...
I would like to visit her house one day. Thanks for bringing up the subject...
Dear Esra, If you go there, be prepared that you have to wait at least 1 hr. So many people all around the world come over to visit her House. The organization which oversee the Anne Frank House changed their vision: from anti-semitism to anti-racism. You will be moved after a visit of this House..)) Kindest
Dear Hans, I can imagine that it is overcrowded there. It is an amazing real story. Must be more amazing to feel and smell the place she was living and hiding.
I visited Dachau Concentration Camp near Münich and i was more than "moved". I can imagine that it is the same feeling in her house.
This blog is about people: their social life, their religion, their political opinion, in Turkey, Greece, Italy, Armenia, Dubai and elsewhere. We, the authors are polyglots. We used to live in several countries and speak several languages. And ended up not in our nation of birth. We are not propagandists, we believe in honest and open discussions. Therefore, we welcome critical opinions, advice and are curious about our readers, so leave a note, comment or advice.
