Finally, Dutch quality newspaper nr. 1 www.nrc.nl put a picture of Paris Hilton on the front page: a black and white one as you can see. But the heading was tough: Paris back in jail, Mama, this is not fair. Anyway, I don't think that Dutch are that much into celebs etc. We don't care about the private lives of politicians, judges, artists etc. Of course we have our tabloids. But privacy is a value for the Dutch which can not be paid in dollars! Even not in euros...

I never could really understand why in America we care so much about what happens in people's personal lives. I wish we were more like the Dutch.
Turkey also loves their celebrity gossip maybe even more than Americans.
I also observed that, that Turks like to gossip, take for example Metin..))
Dutch, on the other side, don't like people when they show off, you have to be simple otherwise you face criticism...
I know some millionaires who drive a small japanse car..))
I am absolutely amazed at the amount of attention this woman gets! And what for? Has she done anything remarkable in her life? Apart from being sent to jail, obviously... :p
