Who designed this? Gaddafi perhaps? I would not be a bit surprised. He has a group of female bodyguards. I love his eccentricity, and he does design his own outfits. More power to him. When he was the bad boy of the Middle East and North Africa I thought he was extremely handsome:))))
Sincerea, it is a Libyan designer, fashion show 5th of December.
The guy works in France as well, lost his name. But protected by the 'family'.
